BlockerMax – Terms of Use (iOS)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BlockerMax mobile application for iOS devices (the "App") provided by Nanegate ("BlockerMax," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.
1. Subscriptions
BlockerMax offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features and unlimited protection tools.
Available subscription plans may include:
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Annual
The exact price, currency, and any promotional offers are displayed within the App on the subscription screen before purchase.
Prices may vary depending on region and App Store pricing tiers.
2. 14-Day Free Trial
BlockerMax subscriptions include a 14-day free trial for new users.
During the trial period:
- You will have full access to premium features.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the trial ends.
- If canceled before the trial expires, no payment will be charged.
- If the subscription is not canceled before the end of the 14-day trial, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription and the applicable fee will be charged to your Apple ID account.
3. Automatic Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase or after the free trial period ends.
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings.

4. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings.
- If you cancel during the 14-day free trial, no charges will occur.
- If you cancel after a subscription has started, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew afterward.
5. Refunds
- Payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
- BlockerMax does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds.
- Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple according to Apple's refund policies.

6. License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, BlockerMax grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, technology, designs, branding, and content within the App are owned by BlockerMax or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- copy or reproduce the App
- reverse engineer or decompile the App
- extract source code
- scrape or collect data from the App
- use the App to build a competing service
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available."
BlockerMax makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation, availability, or effectiveness of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlockerMax disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlockerMax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
In no event shall BlockerMax's total liability exceed the greater of:
- $50 USD, or
- the total amount paid by the user for the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Apple App Store Terms
You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and BlockerMax, and not with Apple Inc.
BlockerMax, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
BlockerMax is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever.
BlockerMax, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims related to the App, including but not limited to:
- product liability claims
- legal or regulatory compliance
- consumer protection claims
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you.
11. Termination
BlockerMax may suspend or terminate access to the App if users violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
12. Changes to the App or Terms
BlockerMax reserves the right to modify features, pricing, or functionality of the App at any time.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
