Privacy Policy — BlockerMax (iOS)
Effective Date: June 10, 2025
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how the developers of BlockerMax ("we," "our," or "us") collect, use, and protect information when you use the BlockerMax mobile application for iOS devices (the "App").
By downloading or using BlockerMax, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please discontinue use of the App.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the BlockerMax iOS application. It does not
apply to third-party websites, external services, or the data collection practices of the Apple App Store.
Apple may collect information according to its own privacy policy:
https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
2. Information We Collect
BlockerMax is designed to minimize data collection. We do not require account registration or login.
(a) App Usage and Diagnostics: We may collect anonymous diagnostic and aggregated usage information (device model, OS version, region, and crash reports) to improve the stability and performance of the App. This data is not used to personally identify you.
(b) Subscription Information: We use Apple's In-App Purchase system and RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. We do not collect or store payment card details. Apple and RevenueCat provide us with limited metadata (subscription status, renewal date) to verify your access to premium features.
3. Information We DO NOT Collect
BlockerMax follows a strict privacy-first approach. We DO NOT collect, monitor, or store:
- Browsing history or website content
- Personal messages, photos, or files
- Contacts or location data
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA)
4. Tracking and Advertising
BlockerMax does not track you across other apps or websites. We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA) and we do not sell or share any data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
5. Third-Party Services
We use a few trusted services to ensure the App works correctly:
- Firebase (Google LLC): Used for anonymous crash reporting and performance analytics. Privacy Policy
- RevenueCat, Inc.: Used to manage and validate your subscription status. Privacy Policy
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard measures to protect any limited information we may handle. All data transmissions (like subscription validation) are conducted via encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
Diagnostic data is kept only as long as necessary to fix technical issues. Since we do not have an account-based system, you can remove all locally stored App data at any time by simply uninstalling the App from your device.
8. Children's Privacy
BlockerMax is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be effective as of the revised "Effective Date."
